Castemar Residence is a well furnished 2 bedroom apartment  with spacious roof terrace(accomodating 4 guests) located 150m from the compounds private beach. The communal grounds provide communal pools, a poolside restaurant and snack bar on the beach, amphitheatre, cruise terraces, disabled-friendly walking and jogging paths, tennis court, beach volleyball, private beach and swimming pier, yoga and activity areas, whirlpool lounges on the edge of the beach, outdoor and covered car parks and 24-hour security, so there is everything you need right on your doorstep.

The peaceful village of Boğazici is a 10 minute drive and the lively resort of Bodrum with an abundance of bars and restaurants is a 40 minutes drive . The villa has all you need to relax and enjoy the Turkish sunshine and modern conveniences throughout, making this villa a perfect choice for your holiday. There is a seperate entrance to the apartment from the upper street direct to the front door, so easy to park your car and walk straight to the apartment.

For larger groups we also have Villa Esteban which is the duplex villa with garden directly below Castemar Residence and can accomodate an additional 7 guests.
