Deniz Villa

Villa Deniz has fantastic views over Yalikavak and the open sea - a great place to relax with a good book. The centre of Yalikavak is a few minutes' drive away, and there are some restaurants and shops within a short walk albeit there is a hill to get to the villa so a car or taxi is recommended. A wider selection can be found in the centre of the resort itself. There is WiFi and air conditioning/heating.

Three ensuite bedroom, detached villa with fabulous sea views in the popular resort of Yalikavak. This stunning villa is on a small complex with a shared swimming pool.

Villa Deniz has its own private garden and is conveniently close to the complex swimming. The villa has the advantage of a shaded terrace area where guests can dine in comfort. Inside, the villa has a large open plan kitchen fitted with all modern appliances leading onto the dining area and further to the living room. There are patio doors leading out onto the garden area where you can take in the stunning sea views. There is a further door leading out from the kitchen/dining area onto the terrace. The ground floor also has a bedroom on this level, with double bed and ensuite bathroom and balcony doors leading onto the terrace. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor.

Up the stairs there is a small landing area where you will find the bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a double bed, its own private balcony with breathtaking sea views and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, balcony and two single beds. Villa Deniz is an ideal villa for families with children or groups of couples and friends as each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

Yalikavak's town centre has retained its traditional Turkish charm. With its simple but stylish laid back atmosphere and friendly welcoming locals, this is its main attraction and the reason why holidaymakers return to the area year after year. A couple of minutes further on takes you to Yalikavak's fashionable new Marina with super yachts, gullets and sail boats visiting from all around the world. The Marina is home to super yachts, smart shops, bars, restaurants and a beach club which hosts open air concerts during high summer.
