Villa La Boheme

Villa La Boheme is a delightful 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 6) set in the  village of Karakaya, close Gumusluk, on the Bodrum Peninsula. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean flora providing plenty of natural shade. The resorts of Gumusluk and Yalıkavak are a short drive away with shops and tavernas. Air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom and WiFi are included.

The private swimming pool has steps to one end for easy access and is surrounded by a generous garden area. There are plenty of sunbeds, some with parasols should you desire a touch of shade . So sit back with a cool drink, and relax taking in your surrounding - what is there not to love?

The living space has a traditional Turkish country cottage ambience with stone walls and wooden shutters. The living room seating area provides ample seating with also the alternative to convert these into 2 single beds to accommodate an additional 2 guests (can sleep 6 guests in total).  There is a large flat screen TV and feature fireplace. From the lounge,  there is a covered terrace overlooking the pool and the garden, and a further dining area ideal for dining al fresco.
 

The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your holiday cooking requirements.

A central staircase leads up to the first floor and one of the double bedrooms with  a large comfortable moroccan style terrace or continue up the steps and this will lead you to the second double bedroom . The bedrooms carry on with the traditional country cottage theme with wooden and traditional Turkish touches throughout.

The main gates open to a parking area are the side of the villa where there is a space for one car inside the grounds or there is ample space for 2 or 3 cars to park outwith the grounds.
