Villa Margarita

Villa Margerita has a superb location, located btween the villages of Yalikavak and Gumusluk. A 10 minute drive along the coast will take you to nearest beach,at the entrance of Yalikavak with a selection of seafront lokantas. This spacious 3 bedroom villa has beautiful views from the private pool and first floor bedrooms. There is WiFi and air conditioning/heating.

The inviting private pool is sea facing and offers lovely views from afar, with sun loungers and umbrellas and a wooden cabana. Shaded patio areas offer alternative seating around the garden to relax , with an outdoor dining table for those alfresco meals.

Villa Margerita has 3 bright and spacious bedrooms in total. On the first floor you’ll find 2 double bedrooms, both with balcony exit that overlook the beautiful sea views – the ideal spot for your morning coffee. There is also a bathroom on this level. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom and seperate bathroom.

The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV. Patio doors lead out to a covered patio in the garden, while a second door allows easy access direct to the private pool. The kitchen is practical and well equipped with a dining table in the centre. 

There is ample off road parking at the entrance to the villa.

There is also a large shared swimming pool with childrens pool should you wish to be sociable and join others

Villa Margerita is located between the villages of Yalikavak and Gumusluk. Yalikavak has a varity of restaurants, beach clubs, bars, cafes, shops etc and the weekly market (bazaar) on Tuesday and Thursdays is a colourful sight, always worth a visit during your time in Yalikavak. At one end of the town is the smart Palmarina with high end branded shops, restaurants, cafes, the other end of town (connected by a beach path) is the old harbour and town. The old town has pedestrian only streets lined with shops, restaurants, cafes where you can enjoy typical Turkish hospitality. The old harbour has restaurants lining the water until you reach the beach. Gumusluk on the other hand has a charming seaside harbour lined with sea food restaurants and charming handmade stalls to buy your souvenirs.
