Villa Namara

Villa Namara is all about the seaview. The resort centre of Yalikavak with beach, shops and restaurants are all within 10 minutes' drive. This property has a use of a shared pool and delightful sea views. There is air conditioning/heating and WiFi.

Outside, the villa has a private terrace area with steps and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the Turkish sunshine. There is a shaded pergola plus a table and chairs, which are perfect for dining alfresco in respite from the sun off the living room. From the shared pool terrace you can enjoy views over the surrounding area, town and sea and even across to the süper luxury yachts of the Palmarina.

The double bedroom has wardrobe space and views of the sea and Yalikavak . Marina. Adjacent is the twin bedroom which has an adjoining balcony with the main bedrom with full sea views. There is a shared bathroom on the entrance floor

The lounge has comfortable L shape seating and is open plan with the dining area. There is a large window framing the magnificent sea view. The compact and fully equipped kitchen is adjacent.

Yalikavak centre is a 8-10 minute drive by car and the local mini bus comes up to the gate of the compound. There is a local beach with snack bar and sunloungers is just below the compound approx 10 min walkdownhill.

Yalikavak's town centre has retained its traditional Turkish charm. With its simple but stylish laid back atmosphere and friendly welcoming locals, this is its main attraction and the reason why holidaymakers return to the area year after year. Along the coast road en-route from the villa to Yalikavak you will pass some of the best fish restaurants on the Bodrum Peninsula huddled together in their own 'fish restaurant village' area. A couple of minutes further on takes you to Yalikavak's fashionable new Marina with super yachts, gullets and sail boats visiting from all around the world. The Marina is home to super yachts, smart shops, bars, restaurants and a beach club which hosts open air concerts during high summer.
